Meet the Manager
I began my journey within the Nursing industry in1985 within the Mental Health/Dementia field.
I knew from an early age that my passion was caring for the elderly population. I became a Unit Manager then was promoted to Home Manager after handling an ‘unannounced’ CQC inspection as I was the most Senior person present in 2023.
I have managed 3 homes before coming to Eastcotts Nursing Home for an interview. I knew straight away Eastcotts was the place for me for several reasons. The setting is surrounded by beautiful countryside; the Staff are amazing we have a real ‘family attitude’ towards our Home. They are always smiling and nothing is too much trouble for them. It’s a very friendly and happy environment and we try any ideas that the Staff have to improve the Residents time here. We also welcome any ideas from the Residents and Relatives.
